COUNTY SURVEYORS

Among those who held this office were Price Bates, Doc Douthitt, U.H. Duncan (1868), W.W. Giddens (1869), Will Latch, John Gates (1875), M.W. Shields, and Thomas J. White (1873). Further information is lacking. Leon Pritchett has now held this office for many years.
