HARPER TO HANG ON MAY 29.
He Was Convicted of Killing Sheriff Keith.

Chatsworth, Ga., May 7 – (Special)

John Harper, convicted of killing Sheriff Keith, of this county, was sentenced at Spring Place today to be hanged May 29. His lawyer filed bills of exceptions which may delay the execution.

He denied before the judge that he had requested his boy to kill whoever hanged him.
