Wood, S. M. (Captain Asher's Co., Ga. Cav., State Guards). Could be Samuel Wood, 42, wife Elisabeth, using post office at Fancy Hill.

Yancy, A.J. (Co. A, 39th Regt, Cummings Volunteer Brigade). Military records list name as Yancey. See list of dead. Census of 1860 lists: A. J. Yancy, age 27, wife Mary, using post office at Rock Creek.

Yearwood, Barton (Co. D, 22nd Ga. Brigade-Wrights). See list of dead. Census of 1860 lists: Bartty Yearwood, age 35, in home of Christina Yearwood, using post office at Hasslers Mills.

Young, Landrum (Co. A, 39th Regt, Cummings Volunteer Brigade). Could be L. E. R. Young, age 42, listed in Murray County Census 1860 with wife Lucinda, using post office at Spring Place.

Zant, James (3rd Sgt.) (Co. B, 37th Ga. Regiment, 4th Ga. Brigade). This was James Solomon Zant, brother to Josiah Henry Zant, below. Census of 1860 lists: James Zant, age 20, wife Margrett, using post office at Holly Creek.
