Civil War Ammunition Collection collected locally. In a private collection.
During World War II Ralph Mantooth was a tailor on the U.S.S. "Mayraut" and this U.S. Navy sewing kit belonged to him. His wife, Essie Mantooth, gave the kit to Henrietta McDaniel. Note the next picture of a sewing request from a presidential son aboard the same ship.
