Alumni Association

THE MCHS Alumni Association


The Alumni Association was formed to support Murray County High School, its students and its staff. Membership in the Alumni Association is open to anyone who graduated from MCHS or attended for at least two years. Faculty members with a minimum of 10 years of service also may join. Dues are $10 per calendar year.

Meetings are held on the third Monday of January, April, July, and October. The group currently meets at 7:00 p.m. at the Wright Hotel in Chatsworth.

Each year the Alumni Association awards an Alumni Association Academic Scholarship and the Allen Ross Memorial Athletic Scholarship.

The Alumni Association works with other groups and offices to promote the academic, vocational and athletic programs of the school as well as to remember outstanding alumni and faculty with Hall of Fame recognition. Through 2007 the inductees have included:
